Information Trees: An Ontology

A sculptural object combining 3D digitally printed trees with a found book. The work considers complex systems of classification of information often associated with digital processing whereby information can be inferred from a collection of data.

Information Trees is one of three works commissioned by the Portico Library in Manchester for the exhibition BiblioTech: From Bookshelf to Big Data.
